There are certain elements of a comprehensive facility decontamination that are always
similar: Assessment, Mapping, Cleaning, Decontamination and Systems Modification that
contain similar requirements for successful completion. The initial component is training.
- During MTS facility cleaning, sanitation and decontamination courses, MTS personnel have the opportunity to handle and work with the most advanced equipment and procedures for accomplishing projects, familiarizing themselves with the work in an environment where questions are encouraged and full guidance.
- Practical experience is the only true mechanism for performance guarantee to our clients so that all MTS personnel, once
trained, exercise the skills under the control of senior and junior experienced managers, with full guidance.
- In order to remain at the forefront of the industry, practical experience is supported by the acquisition of theoretical
knowledge. The MTS Environmental Remediation Division, is constantly investigating, engaging and integrating new
technology, products and approaches to enhance MTS performance. This includes the attainment and integration of new
health and safety legislation, revised or enhanced reporting requirements, modifications to cleaning methodologies and
MTS invests more than 200 hours (equivalent to 10% of an annual employee time) each year to training and work performance instruction. This directly translates to enhanced project performance on behalf of MTS Clients.
